Mike is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists (License number LPC005448).  He has a Masters degree from Kent State University, Kent, OH and he is affiliated with the American Counseling Association.

Mike's work experience includes psychotherapy and supervision at several Community Mental Health agencies, treating individuals of all ages and psychiatric diagnosis in individual, couples and group psychotherapy.  He has also provided outpatient treatment in a private practice setting.  Mike has been in the mental health field for 20 years and has worked with people from various walks of life.  He has profound respect for all lifestyles and cultural backgrounds.  He also has experience working with clients who have been involved with the legal system, acted as liaison with community corrections and substance abuse residential programs.
